Message	If I remember correctly the title has to be salvage when you sell it for that to work. A friend of mine had that happen when he bought a salvage title car (Pre R brand) from another state just to receive a clean title in the mail. Also, once the car is branded with an R title I don't think you need to go through any additional inspections on top of what anyone with a car would have to do. There may be different state laws that I'm not aware of but I moved from PA to AZ and brought an R title car with no issues at all.
